Fees

Hourly Rate Fee

An hourly fee of $150.00 will be assessed for all cases contained with in the areas of: Family Law, Business and Commercial Litigation, Real Estate, and ERISA Litigation.

For those cases with in the area of Labor and Employment Law an initial $35.00 fee will be charged for a one half hour consultation after which a $150.00 fee will be charged for each subsequent hour.

 

Contingent Fee

Cases involving Personal Injury and Accidents will be undertaken on a percentage or "contingent fee" basis.
